Ever since discovering the multi-sport world several years ago, Jen has dedicated her life to becoming a top endurance competitor.  Racing professionally has enabled her to travel the world, meet incredible people and most of all, challenge and push her body in ways she hadn't thought possible.  Over the years, she has worked hard and is now racing with and against the best endurance athletes in the world.

In 2011, Jen finally opened the doors to her own High Performance Training Studio in Squamish (www.challengebychoice.ca) She now maintains a very busy schedule striving to train full time, coach at the studio and work a full roster of global endurance athletes.

Over 9 years ago, Jen joined the Salomon family just before heading to her first solo ultra, the Marathon des Sables, a 250km stage race in Morocco. Ever since then, Salomon has supported her dream of trail running, adventure racing and expeditioning around the globe. Today, Jen is fortunate to continue to race for Salomon at both the National and International level.  She also races for USA adventure racing team, nuun-SportMulti and for With races springing up around the globe, Jen is constantly on the road, moving from airport to airport in search of adventure, challenge and new experiences.

Over the past few years, Jen has become involved with
Impossible2possible, an organization committed to using global adventures to inspire youth to protect the environment.  She is proud to be a mentor and role model for the younger generation and in particular, young woman. Jen is a certified ACE personal trainer, specializing in endurance.  She has spent the last several years coaching athletes around North America to assist them with achieving personal goals.  Alongside coaching, she is a race director for the Mind Over Mountain Adventure Race – Squamish event and more recently, Loop the Lakes Trail Race, also in Squamish.
