This program starts in February and offers over $2,500 in value. You’ll get my professional guidance for a fraction of the cost of private coaching sessions, which are $275/month.

Here’s what you get:

5 monthly modules that teach you how to pace your training. You’ll start 20 weeks before your race or goal date. Modules will be delivered every 4 weeks, starting January 27.

Monthly strength, stretch and prehabilitation movements to guide your daily/weekly/monthly training efforts.

Nutrition, mental strategies, and optimizing performance will also be covered.
