I participated in my first “learn to run” program 17 years ago… running for the sake of running has been part of my life ever since.

Your main 2018-2019 challenge is:

Run faster.

Jen challenged me to redefine how fast and how far I was capable of running!

#1 tip for success:

 I like to imagine a boat with oars, where each oar represents a component of success - running, sleeping, recovery, nutrition etc. - when all the oars are pulling, the boat moves faster... it helps me assess whether I'm putting too much energy in one area at the expense of others.
