I ran my first 5k race in 2010 and I was hooked.

Feb 2018 The Coastal Challenge stage race.
2017 WAS AWESOME BECAUSE:
I volunteered at races, hosted my first race, joined a great group of girls on my first Ragnar Relay, conquered a mountainous 50 miler- that beat me in 2016, was first female at a tough 50k in August, and hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.
YOU ARE MOST PROUD OF:
I am most proud of my training. Trusting the process and committing to the plan. I am surprised how much my running and biking has improved since starting training with Jen. Stamina, endurance, recovery, strength and sleep are all improved.

Set goals, enjoy the journey, take the guess work out of your training and find a great coach.
