After 22 years of avoiding anything that even looked like running, waking up one morning at the end of 2012 and deciding I was going to run a marathon. It changed my life.
#1 tip for success:
Make the decision before you start to not give up no matter what. When things get hard, don’t let it be an option. Remember the decision you made and stick to it. You can cry, you can walk, you can do anything you need…you cannot give up.
